Data provided voluntarily by the user. By filling in the contact form or writing to the addresses provided, the user supplies: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), service of interest and the content of the message.
Browsing data. IT systems and the hosting infrastructure automatically record in server logs certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser and operating system type, date and time of the request), for security and proper-functioning purposes.
Cookies. This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. No cookie consent banner is therefore present.

Data sent through the form is delivered by email to the controller’s mailbox. The website and email are hosted on servers located within the European Union. No transfer of data to third countries is foreseen; should it become necessary, it will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by external suppliers acting as data processors (in particular the hosting and email provider). Data is not disseminated and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and to follow up on any pre-contractual or contractual relationship, as well as for the subsequent period required by legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
